![]() How Do You Stop a Foreclosure - Sizzling Hidden Tips and Strategies Revealed How do you stop a foreclosure in these difficult times? Good question, with all the laid offs that we have been having lately; it is the question that many of my subscribers have been asking themselves. I have been getting hundreds of e-mails about the issue. When you continually get bad news many wonder; how do you stop a foreclosure? Just very recently; the results of a new study on foreclosure just came out this morning. This study suggests that there will be a minimum of 8,000,000 more foreclosures coming in the next three years. These numbers are mind boggling and represent 16% of the homes here in the United States. The house prices are going to continue to drop but unfortunately many more people are going to loose their home for quite some time. It is basis economics. To have high prices there has to be demand and since there is no demand there will be lower prices. This is a very simple concept. Many people then wonder, so how do you stop a foreclosure in this kind of an economy. Some people that have come into hard times are not interested in learning how to save their homes. This is a situation I have personal experience with. My home was bought for $275,000. After paying the mortgage continually for around two years, and then falling on hard time and loosing my job, I can no longer afford the mortgage. While I still owe $270,000 on the mortgage, the price of the house has fallen from $275,000 to $175,000. Some simple facts are now I can pay my payment but I am not going to so it. The point of this is the question of how do you stop a foreclosure when you are on hard time with no money? The trick is to delay the foreclosure for as long as you can, this is without making payments and is something that anyone can do. There is no reason to go into foreclosure, at least not presently, even if you know you will not be keeping your home. For the past 20 months and going, I have been in my home without paying the mortgage payments. The sad thing is that many homeowners do not know how to fight foreclosure and they end up loosing their homes very quickly. There is no reason to lose you home in just a few months to a foreclosure; it is something that is seen everyday. Most of my newsletter subscribers often tell me; that they never talk to their lenders, not even once. I will be absolutely clear; how do you stop a foreclosure if you never talk to your lender? There is absolutely no way. The only thing you can not avoid is talking to you or at least communicate with them somehow. On the other hand, be really careful if you decide to do so, because; as it is something you need to do if you want to save your home, you should know to approach your bank, cause if you do not, you will not succeed and foreclosure will be eminent. Another thing you should be aware, is about some Counseling Agencies. Most of the times your rate of success will be better if you work directly with your lender, because no matter what they say, Foreclosure Assistance Agencies are there for the money first, and to help you second. Remember they are business. If you approach one of this Foreclosure Relief Agencies and you end up not having enough income to afford even lower monthly payments, you will be burned, because most of them will communicate this to the banks and they will foreclosure as soon as they can. So you have been warned! I will tell you here loud and clear, because I am not afraid of anybody, and I do not work for anybody, so I can be bold. 70% of the homeowners facing foreclosure are facing foreclosure, because they can not afford monthly mortgage payments in the first place. So they go to their banks, or to some Help Agencies, and tell them exactly that: -I lost my job-, -My wife Just got laid off-, in other words you go ahead and tell them that financially you are not able to afford mortgage payments, and what do you think that happens? They get foreclosed, of course. Nobody care about anybody, everybody is out for the money, and if they suspect you are broke, guess what, you are out of luck. You are going to get foreclosed even faster. On the other hand, many homeowners do not know that they have options or do not know what to do if they are unable to pay their mortgage payment any longer. They simply think that after being rejected by the Banks, they will lose their very quickly and they let it happen without fighting. These are the facts: you very well may stay in your home for more than two years with making payments. This is also without having to spend your money paying a lawyer for their services. It is something that you can do yourself; the simple question is how do you stop a foreclosure on your own, what do you need to do and how do you do it? Remember, if you are not making enough money to afford any kind of mortgage payments, face it, you are on your own and you have to find weapons to fight against the banks, and stay in your home.
