Foreclosure filed claim rose 25% for the month of October in compared with October Last year, totaling a whopping 279,561 new filings (source Reality Track). 84,000 homes were foreclosed in the same month of October, said this morning Christine Romans from CNN. It is time to learn how to avoid foreclosure.

The American workforce continues to lose their jobs. Inflation continues to rise, while people are making less money every day. People continues to struggle and everyday is more difficult to get by even with the same income that was once enough to have a good life.

By the end of this year one of every three homes sold in the United States, will be a foreclosure. This is an astronomical forecast. Because is a domino effect; more homes foreclosed, means prices go down even further, and as a consequence, more homeowners will be upside down and letting their homes go to foreclosure, and the circle go on and on.

I get amazed when I see homeowners losing their homes just months after they default their mortgage loans. They move out their homes just a few months after they received the foreclosure summon for the first time. This is very appalling to me. I can not comprehend how homeowners let their homes go just like that.

Statistically 50% of homeowners do not take action when they get behind in their mortgage payments, then they receive the foreclosure notice, and a few weeks later, they are thrown out of their homes. They do not know what to do in order to avoid foreclosure.

It is sadly that many homeowners have not idea of what to do when they face foreclosure. Often many of this people just lost their jobs, or for some reason their income have dramatically reduced and they think they have not choice that to let the bank foreclose their homes. This is completely false, this homeowners need to be educated; they need to learn how to avoid foreclosure.

The truth is that they have options. Homeowners do not have the banks foreclosed their homes, at least not immediately, just because they can not afford payments anymore. In fact homeowners can stay in their homes, for up to two years or more, depending on they state they live in and their lenders.

Everyday I see homeowners still in their homes after more than two years, since they first received the foreclosure notice, and there is absolutely no reason why you can not do the same. It is all about learning how to avoid foreclosure.

Do not let the bank foreclose your home, even if you lost your job or have absolutely not income at all. You still can stay in your home for a very long time, and best of all, you do not have to pay anybody for any kind of service. You can do it yourself, you just need to know how to do it and what to do in every situation to learn how to avoid foreclosure and stay in your home.
